Suggested Use:

  1. Apply BIEN Scar and Skin Oil liberally to your scar and surrounding tissue.

  2. Smooth End: Move the Scar Roller over the scar with firm pressure in three directions:

    • Left to right

    • Up and down

    • Zig-zag across the scar

  3. Textured End: Once tolerable (after 30-60 seconds), repeat the same motions with the textured end for deeper stimulation.

  4. Massage Tool: Follow with broad, sweeping movements above and below the scar to reduce fluid buildup and promote circulation.

  5. Finish: Remove all excess oil and apply a BIEN Silicone Scar Strip for optimal results.

  6. Clean: Wipe the Scar Roller and Massage Tool with a damp cloth and store in the provided bag.

For Best Results:

  • Use the Scar Roller and Massage Tool in combination with BIEN Silicone Scar Strips for 6 months to 1 year for maximum scar improvement.
